BCR Update 20/01/2022 – New Referrals

Our books continue to be temporarily closed to new referrals. This is due to the disruption of Covid leaving us with a backlog of new patients waiting for therapy appointments. Our priority as always is to provide the highest standards of care for our current clients and those that have been waiting to start a rehab programme with us.

All canine patients that are currently having rehab with us will continue as normal.  Those clients that are already on our waiting list will be offered appointments at our earliest opportunity.

We are so grateful to the vets and clients that have chosen us to provide rehab services for their dogs and very much hope that we will be able to take on new referrals very soon – most likely in the next month or so.

We will update our website and social media channels as soon as we are able to take new referrals again.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding,

All the best,

Covid Update from 20/01/2022

With the latest easing of restrictions including masks no longer being a legal requirement, we have reviewed our Covid Safety Policy and have the following update for our clients:

  • We would ask clients to continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines of >1m where at all possible. There are markers on the floor of the clinic to assist with this.
  • We will continue to wear masks when clients attend appointments. We would request (due to the sometimes close-quarters nature of the work we do and also the vulnerable status of some of our team) that clients continue to wear masks to attend appointments unless exempt.
  • Many dogs have been attending sessions with the therapist only. Those clients may wish to recommence attending sessions with their dogs.  Please speak to your therapist about this as some dogs have benefitted from being more focussed and settled by attending solo.

We continue to request:

  • If you or anyone in your household experiences Covid symptoms, or if you are contacted by Track and Trace and required to self-isolate please call us to cancel your appointment at the earliest opportunity and follow government advice.

Huge thanks to our wonderful clients for the ongoing support and adherence to our policies to help keep everyone safe.

Best wishes,
