Covid-19 Update from 12/04/2021

With the government roadmap lifting some Covid-19 restrictions from 12th April and following advice from our professional bodies, we are once again able to allow owners to attend sessions with their dogs. However, we have been advised that we keep this to a minimum, for dogs who are unable to attend therapy without their owners present. For all dogs who are comfortable attending without their owners, we have been advised to continue working in this way.

If owners / clients are entering the building, we ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines (there are yellow markers on the floor to assist with this) and wear a face mask, unless exempt. We also have a hand sanitiser station by the front door, and handwashing facilities.

If you or anyone in your household experiences Covid symptoms, please call us to cancel your appt at the earliest opportunity and follow government advice.

Many thanks to our wonderful clients for the support over the past year and for the ongoing understanding and adherence to our policies to keep everyone safe.

Best wishes,

Nikki & Katie
